- DevTech is seeking a
- **Team Leader** for a Digital and Financial Literacy Training and Capacity Enhancement for Women-Owned/Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises project that will be funded by The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and the Government of Indonesia. MCC is an innovative and independent U.S. foreign aid agency that is helping lead the fight against global poverty. MCC's mission is to reduce poverty through economic growth. This project aims to unlock financing flows in a way that will catalyze economic growth and leverage Indonesia’s own resources. The Indonesia Compact aims to address key root causes of costly and underdeveloped financial intermediation by improving the financing of infrastructure, particularly transport and logistics infrastructure, and increasing access to finance for micro-, small and medium enterprises.**Responsibilities**:

- **Team Leader** will be responsible for the successful implementation of the assignment, with overall accountability for service delivery, schedule, and achievement of agreed objectives. Undertakes management of schedule and activities to ensure satisfactory performance. Undertakes stakeholder management and consultation. Ensures all gender dimensions are incorporated into the tasks.**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 15 years’ experience with coordinating and facilitating similar government programs or international development projects and must have held a comparable role.
- Experience providing oversight to development and implementation activities of large multi-year international development programs.
- In depth experience in designing and managing MSME training and capacity-building programs, including those that specifically target women.
- Knowledge of and strong technical background in gender and social inclusion.
- Minimum master’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Economics or similar relevant field.
- Knowledge of the business culture and climate in Indonesia, especially for women led MSMEs.
- Must be proficient in both spoken and written English, with demonstrated ability to write quality reports and deliverables.
