Job Responsibilities
- Conduct safety talks across all Kaltara projects according to the established schedule, ensuring participation from all employees and partners.
- Collect data on areas and activities requiring stricter supervision to provide recommendations to relevant departments regarding work procedures and the use of detection equipment and personal protective gear.
- Verify worker induction data submissions and oversee the implementation of worker inductions.
- Verify data submissions for equipment commissioning and coordinate with the relevant PIC (Person in Charge) for commissioning activities.
- Ensure proper documentation of HSES Management System implementation, reporting, and prepare necessary data for audits or management review as needed.
- Disseminate updates on HSES documents to internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Ensure effective HSES communication through meetings, training, HSES promotions, and other related activities.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, majoring in Occupational Health and Safety (K3), Environmental Engineering, or other relevant fields.
- Min. 3 years of working experience in HSE System as a Supervisor.
- Must possess certifications such as General Occupational Health and Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum), Junior Occupational Health and Safety Expert for Construction (Ahli Muda K3 Konstruksi), SMK3 Auditor, and Intermediate Incident Investigation; these will be considered advantageous.
- Willing to be placed at the Jobsite in North Kalimantan.
