**Job Description Role**: Head of Partner Experience

**Location**: Jakarta

**Reports To**: Head of Operations (who is based in Singapore)
Our client delivers a simple software and service, yield management solution, for independent hotels. Founded by veterans in the travel industry in 2016, we are the indisputable primary partner to hoteliers in driving revenue. Acting as their hotel operating system, we power their back office revenue generation business operations by leveraging on our proprietary tech-driven solutions, allowing them to focus on being great hoteliers while using professional tools that are traditionally available only to big hotel chains. Our solution will empower tens of thousands of independent hotels across the world to deliver on the full potential of their properties, and to focus on delivering phenomenal traveller experiences to their guests. By coupling our technology with incredible account management, we deliver a complete solution, thereby ensuring that our hotel partners see a real revenue uplift, rather than simply receiving a set of tools with no guidance on how to make the most of it.

**About The Job**:

- Solve roadblocks experienced by the teams Hire new joiners to scale the team as the company grows -Collaborate with our Systems team to improve our tools (especially our CRM) & Collaborate with other teams (pricing, finance, account management, sales) to improve and expand our processes

**Experience**:
Bachelor degree 3y+ of experience managing large operational teams (onboarding, customer service, account management, back office tasks,...)

**Nice to have**: hotel industry experience, Skills Excellent leadership Field / front line experience, Relentless, Rigorous and detail oriented. Dare to dissent, Service oriented, Analytical Mastery of Google Sheets.
