We are proud to partner one of the most well known and respected chemical distributor in Indonesia for the appointment of a **DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS**, to expand the company’s portfolio businesses.

The Director of Operations will be accountable to lead operational improvements, drive operational excellence by optimizing processes, implementing cost-saving measures, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. It is highly expected that the Director of Operations will be capable of expanding company’s business to gain significant position in nickel smelting and metal processing industries, as well as to manage the department budget effectively, ensuring efficient resource allocation and meeting financial targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing strategic direction, coaching, and performance management.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align operational goals with business strategy.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify and implement improvements in efficiency and productivity.
- Proactively lead company’s transformation to be competitive in nickel processing and smelter business.

**Background & Qualifications**:

- The maximum age requirement is 45.
- 2+ years of experience in a managerial role within a related business.
- Have a strong network and sense of business in expanding company’s vision to excel in nickel smelting and metal processing industry.
- Proven track record of success in optimizing operations and expanding network.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Strategic thinking and a passion for continuous improvement.
- University degree, major in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry is preferable
- Good command in English both written and orally.

**Salary**: Rp25,000,000 - Rp30,000,000 per month
