A fast growing natural body care brand based in Jimbaran with two shops in Pecatu is looking for a qualified Operation Manager to support the company's daily operations.

Job responsibilities:

- Serve as a project manager/proxy director, overlooking the whole company operations and allocating tasks to different departments as well as monitoring progress of projects.
- Supervising the production team to ensure the continuous supply of products to store.
- Supervising the day to day operation of the brand, including the sales operations of the shops.
- Achieving the company sales target through effective and creative sales strategies.
- Troubleshooting problems to ensure efficient company daily operations.
- HR Assists in recruiting new hires, and developing SOP to ensure efficient company operations.
- Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability
- Manage budget to align with goals of business
- Developing weekly and monthly reports on various projects’ progress and timeline to keep the executive team updated.
- Ensure regulatory, compliance and legal rules are followed
- Have no problem commuting to different places to get the job done.

**Requirements**:

- Graduated from Reputable University (Minimum GPA 3,5). Major preferred: Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business Management.
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in a leadership position, whether as a office manager, or project manager.
- Problem solver. Have high cognitive & logical thinking ability to understand problems and self initiative to solve them based on data (data driven).
- Strong common sense, able to take initiative, and exercise independent judgment.
- Robust leadership quality.
- Detailed individual with strong administrative, communication, and organizational skills. You will serve as a bridge between executive staff and team.
- Multitasker and self motivated.
- Have excellent communication skills (oral and written) in both English and Indonesian.
- Impeccable time management and organizational skills.
- Love being in a startup environment with a fast-paced culture.
- Own transport & based in Bali. Ability to drive a manual car is a plus.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Badung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales & Retail: 2 years (required)
