**Location: Solo Baru, Central Java**

As a Marketing Communication professional with a focus on B2B partnerships, your role involves identifying and establishing strategic collaborations, developing tailored marketing materials, and executing partnership campaigns to drive mutual growth. You will manage relationships with partners, ensure alignment with company objectives, and represent the company at business events. Additionally, you will analyze market trends and partnership performance to optimize strategies and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic communication plans to build and maintain strong B2B partnerships.
- Identify potential business partners and initiate collaboration opportunities to drive mutual growth.
- Create compelling marketing materials and proposals tailored to partner needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless partnership campaigns and activities.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and partner performance to optimize partnership strategies.
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and business meetings to enhance brand visibility.
- Design concepts and strategies for marketing events that align with business goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and vendors.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
- Age max. 30th
- At least 2 years of work experience in event marketing/B2B partnership or a related position.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Surakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:
