**Job Description**:

- Achieve top-of-mind for Biznet and Virtu health’s brand across the localities it operates
- Define marketing strategies to support the company’s overall objectives
- Lead the development of an integrated marketing plan in B2B and B2C, including strategies and tactics that increase brand awareness, relevancy, and generate leads for both B2B and B2C
- Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications, etc.), and ensure they project the company’s unique “voice.”
- Calendarization of marketing, PR, and promotional activities to connect key messages across all touchpoints - digital and offline
- Identify, prioritize, and adequately resource key initiatives or services aimed at increasing customer loyalty, satisfaction, and revenue
- “Listen” to the trends of the market and direct the market research efforts of the company. Own and manage the user satisfaction surveys, and deliver actionable insights to engineering, operations, and the sales department
- Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals
- Willing and capable of traveling nationwide.

**Requirement**
- Proven experience as a chief marketing officer or similar senior-level marketing professional
- All-rounded experience in consumer marketing (FMCG, CPG, consumer goods, retail, food & beverages, restaurants): in-depth experience classical/traditional marketing and working knowledge of today's digital & social marketing
- Experience managing research work both internally as well as with external vendors
- Solid stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels
- Strategic leader with successful team/people management track record

**Salary**: Rp35,000,000 - Rp40,000,000 per month
