**Job Descriptions**:

- Handle end to end Data center category procurement business from site survey, design, DC construction, maintenance, auxiliary materials purchase, etc., including supplier qualification, supplier selection, supplier management, contract, procurement

fulfillment monitoring etc.
- Develop the category strategy and follow to implement and find the best TCO solutions for DC projects
- Develop a sustainable development strategy with the suppliers in the category

responsible, source potential suppliers to obtain competitive procurement elements
- Maintain the cost benchmark for DC category
- Carry out in-depth analysis on the requests, industry spectrum by developing suitable

cost model
- Handle supplier management including but not limited to performance, portfolio

evaluation
- Responsible for other assigned tasks
- Bachelor Degree majoring in science and Engineering, Construction, Mathematics, etc.
- 4 years or more experience in Data Center industry, total at least 9 years of experience
- Accredited Tier Designer, ATD or Accredited Tier Specialist, ATS is highly preferred
- Fluent in English is a must, Mandarin abilities will be advantageous
- Have good analysis skills
- Have good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to work under minimum supervision and independent
- Have good presentation skills
- Willing to work hard and work under pressure to catch up with projects; resilient in

facing challenges; result oriented
- Be disciplinary and integrated, there is no bad record such as crime or bribery history
- Be a team-player and willing to share and learn new stuff

**Technical Skill**:

- Knowledge on Data center market information, local data center provider
- Knowledge on Data center Facility/Infra
- Knowledge on Electrical - Engineering such as Schneider/Siemens/ABB
- Knowledge on HVAC - Engineering such as Johnson Control (York) / DAIKIN
- Knowledge on procurement of Data center bidding proposal, Total cost ownership(TCO) analysis, negotiation skills
- With experience in Data center data center integration services or colocation service

which offers the infrastructure (building), cooling, power
- With experience in Data center procurement highly preferred

**Salary**: Rp24,500,000 - Rp37,000,000 per month
