2. Executing and Handling Administrative Aspects of Government Engagements

Scheduling meeting

Handling correspondence, phone calls

3. Supporting in executing External Communication activities

Developing, maintaining program with external partners (Ministries, Parliaments, Local Government, Businesses)

Handling media, strategic partner follow-ups

4. Supporting in executing Internal Communication activities

Creating Minutes of Meeting and developing dashboard for action plan

Minimum S1; preferrably from International Relations, Law Administration, Economics background (BA degree would be preferred)

1-2 years of experience in government-related roles (In Tech/Logistic industry would be advantageous)

Oral and written English communication skill

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet research tool

Strategic thinking

Experience in government correspondence

Proficiency in appointments scheduling
