**BAT Indonesia has an exciting opportunity for an Operations Finance Analyst in Malang**

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Support the execution of the monthly/ quarterly / annual budgeting and reporting of total cost of sales for and provide input to management team on variances, risks, and any corrective actions.
- Manage Order-to-Cash (O2C) finance operations for operational accounts across export, intercompany, rental, and MFW customers (50+ accounts in 40+ countries), ensuring timely recognition and collection.
- Support on overall banderole management in SAP.
- Support overall leaf and clove cost analysis, including cost of changes.
- Become key user for compliance related with stock management.
- Manage and collaborate with supply chain (Warehouse and Primary Supply Chain) stakeholders to achieve annual target.
- Contribute to improving and optimizing cost-saving efforts across the cluster, finding opportunities to standardize and automate processes.
- Maintain and regularly update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with current business processes and compliance requirements.

**What are we looking for?**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics. Related professional qualification (i.e. ACA/ACCA/CIMA/ACT) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Junior/Senior Finance Analyst or similar role, at least 1 year in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Excel, SAP). Familiarity with BPC, Power BI, and automation tools is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills and the ability to influence.
- Rational decision making/ problem solving with Business partnership thinking.
- Continuous improvement and able to challenge the status quo.
- Ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines.
