  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Handle day-to-day administrative processes for Order-to-Cash (O2C) finance operations including documentation, billing follow-up, and revenue support for domestic and export accounts.
  • Assist in monitoring and updating banderole (excise stamp) records in SAP to ensure compliance.
  • Support stock compliance activities and act as a key user for ensuring data accuracy in SAP.
  • Coordinate and prepare reports related to non-criminal losses and stock performance.
  • Assist in gathering, validating, and maintaining data for leaf and clove cost reporting.
  • Provide administrative support for Supply Chain budget tracking (Warehouse & PSC).
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and compliance documentation.
  • Support process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives within Operations Finance.
