Job Description
**Purpose**:
**General Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:

- Support Drilling Spt. to ensure the implementation of the day to day recommended practices for drilling, workover activities, well killing, cementing jobs, drilling cuttings and mud disposal after drilling, Workover and Completion operations, hydraulics analysis and quality assessment of cement jobs in order to ensure of conducting safe, efficient operations and execution of approved Drilling and Workover and Completion Fluids Programmes;
- Be the point of contact for day-to-day activities carried out by Cement and Mud Suppliers and assure efficient operations and execution of approved Drilling and Workover and Completion Fluids Programmes;
- In coordination with Drilling & Completion Engineers prepare programs, procedures, schedules covering drilling, workover, killing & cementing fluids; additives & completions fluids;
- Deliver the Fluids objectives in a safe and cost-effective manner, within the budget and in all cases meeting and improving HSE targets;
- Monitor and improve efficiency of the fluids recirculation process; Enforce the compliance by the contractors with liquid mud plant processes requirements; mud mixing technique and materials (barite, cement) storage facilities;
- Undertake necessary activities to implement wastes disposal program (handling, transportation and disposal);
- Ensure, through the Fluids, Cementing and Waste management contractors that all operations are conducted in a safe and environmentally sound manner.
- Ensure that HSE audits are conducted and findings closed in a timely manner;
- Provide with contractors' assistance, to supply technical data and carry out feasibility study for engineering solutions targeted at the optimization of fluids and solids control in the wellbore support to the during design phase of workover and completion campaign.
- Provide Fluids and Cement well designs, programmes and procedures, preparation of accurate well cast estimates and generation of Fluids and Cement AFEs;
- Optimize expenditure for Fluids and Cement during drilling & workover & completion operations, reporting costs to Management as required. Review and approve job tickets and invoices;
- Work with contractors to ensure that all Safety Case, Environmental and Fluids related to Rig Operations issues are dealt with in a timely and effective manner;
- Assist in preparation of Tenders for drilling, workover & completion Fluids services;
- Provide support to Eni Indonesia HSE Department during environmental authorizations process

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications & Experiences**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemistry is preferred)
- Professional Qualification: 8 years in Drilling & Completion Operations of which at least 4 years of subsea experience in case of subsea wells.
- Training & Certification:
IWCF Level 4 or IADC Well Sharp for Supervisors
BOSIET OPITO and/or Sea Survival
Basic Oil & Gas industry knowledge
Drilling & Completion Course
Drilling & Completion Fluids Advanced Course
Geology and Geophysics basic course (preferred)
Subsurface and Reservoir basic course (preferred)
Hazardous waste management, first aider, fire fighting
Employee Induction including HSE Awareness
- Language: Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
