**Role Description**

This is a contract role for a Senior Digital Marketing professional based in Jakarta, Indonesia. As a Senior Digital Marketing specialist at DoctorTool, you will be responsible for overseeing social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, online marketing, and communication strategies to enhance the company's online presence and engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and report on key performance indicators.
- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and manage social media channels, creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and tracking key metrics.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in marketing communication strategies. Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and partners to secure media coverage and collaborations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and sales, to ensure marketing communication efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing communication campaigns using relevant metrics and tools, and adjust strategies as needed for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or a related field
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms including social media, Google AdWords, Meta, etc
- Knowledge of SEO and SEM Principles is a plus
- Experience in crafting marketing strategies and creating campaigns that can drive conversion and customer engagement
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Analytical mindset and able to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinking and a strong sense of innovation
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
