Monitoring performance of telemarketing agents and scheduling for training and coaching session regularly
- Analyze call tracking from all agents to make sure the quality of the agent
- Identify the sales skill improvement for all telemarketing agents
- Create daily work improvement plan
- Administrative Task related to Telemarketing Department
- CV is written in English.
- Fluent in both oral and written English.
- Possess a deep knowledge and experience about Telemarketing.
- Have the ability to train and coach people. You will be expected to train the Telemarketing team based on your knowledge and experience as stated in point 3.

General Criteria:

- Minimum Diploma Degree from any major
- Experienced in Learning & Development in Telemarketing/Sales/Customer Service/Collection business Minimum 1 Year
- Experienced in Telemarketing Business as agents or team leader
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and positive attitude
- Strong sense of responsibility and a team player
