Perusahaan ini membutuhkan Regional Sales Manag**er**

**Responsibility**
- Mengembangkan dan menerapkan rencana strategis penjualan & distribusi.
- Bertanggung jawab terhadap pencapaian target omzet penjualan yang diberikan setiap bulan
- Bertugas terhadap pembuatan sales forecast
- Memantau dan mendukung kinerja penjualan secara keseluruhan (penjualan cabang/distributor)
- Identifikasi bidang strategis atau operasional perbaikan antara perusahaan & distributor
- Membina hubungan baik dengan pihak internal maupun pihak eksternal cabang untuk menunjang kelancaran aktivitas sales

Kualifikasi
- Pria/ Wanita
- Berusia max 45 tahun
- Berpengalaman 2 tahun di level sales manager dan B2B Sales
- Berpengalaman di bidang sparepart alat berat
- Terbiasa menangani banyak sales& terbiasa dengan target
- Memiliki skill leadership dan teamwork
- Diutamakan tinggal di daerah Jakarta/ Kalimantan / Sulawesi Penempatan di Jakarta/ Kalimantan/ Sulawesi
- Sallary : 12-25 juta

Jenis Pekerjaan: Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 12 bulan

Gaji: Rp12.000.000 - Rp25.000.000 per bulan

Kemampuan Bekerja Jauh dari Rumah/Pindah Rumah:

- Pontianak: Melakukan pulang-pergi kerja dengan jarak yang jauh tanpa mengganggu kinerja atau berencana pindah tempat tinggal sebelum mulai bekerja (Diwajibkan)

- Sales Manager Sparepart Truck: 2 tahun (Diutamakan)
- Sales Sparepart Truck: 4 tahun (Diutamakan)
