- Compile and maintain accurate databases
- Prepare monthly and yearly update of asset management report and plans
- Develop and oversee the implementation of the asset management system
- Develop and maintain the strategic and annual asset management plans align with strategy and budget department
- Develop and maintain asset registers, including; acquisitions, maintenance management, transfers and valuations
- Prepare monthly reconciliation with supporting schedules of the asset registers to the relevant accounting records, and resolve uncleared items

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Has Asset Admin working experience (preferably 1-3 years)
- Able to work under pressure & has good attention to detail
- Able to carry out basic tasks on a computer or hand-held device
- Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets savvy is a must
- Willing to be placed in the Jabodetabek area
