**Content Creator (Freelance, Remote)**

Built by senior and staff engineers from big tech companies, our mission is to empower engineers to ace their front-end interviews and achieve their dream roles.

As an early team member, you will have the opportunity to influence the direction of our content strategy and engage with a global community of front-end enthusiasts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with GreatFrontEnd's internal team to brainstorm, plan, and script engaging and creative video content for TikTok and Instagram.
- Ensure all scripts and video concepts are approved by the team before moving into production.
- Create and edit compelling videos aligned with GreatFrontEnd’s brand and audience interests.
- Assist in the publishing of content across TikTok and Instagram accounts, ensuring optimal scheduling and platform-specific engagement.
- Actively engage with the front-end engineering community to understand key pain points and industry trends, making content more relatable and impactful.
- Provide regular insights and recommendations to drive account growth and enhance content strategy.
- Monitor video performance and create bi-weekly reports, analyzing engagement metrics and recommending improvements.

**Who you are**:

- Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or a similar role with a focus on TikTok and Instagram video production.
- Proven experience in creating relatable and viral videos
- A strong understanding of the front-end development ecosystem is a plus.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and trends, especially TikTok and Instagram, and knowledge of growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a passion for creating engaging content in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Highly collaborative and open to feedback to continuously improve content quality and relevance.

**Pay and Benefits**:
