If you are in your third or final year at university and want to get hands-on experience of working at one of the world’s leading organizational consulting firms, Korn Ferry’s 3-month paid internship program could be just the answer.

As an intern with Korn Ferry, you will have the opportunity to learn about Korn Ferry as a global firm, our capabilities and solutions. You will gain first-hand experience of working on client projects as part of a team within one of our solutions. And you will get to learn from solution and industry experts throughout the program through on-the job and structured learning sessions.

This is a hybrid Internship program and there will be an expectation for all Interns to be able to work in our Jakarta office. You will also have the opportunity to build networks with colleagues and peer groups locally and internationally with peers taking part in Korn Ferry’s Intern program in other international offices.

- You should be naturally curious and keen to use your analytical, problem-solving skills to generate creative solutions to client challenges.
- You must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint with the ability to learn new systems.
