As a Senior Consultant (Environment - Solid Waste Management) for EnviroSolutions & Consulting, you will be part of a team that delivers solid waste management projects including pre-feasibility and feasibility related documents.

You will be responsible to lead various pre-feasibility and feasibility studies on Solid Waste Management Projects. This includes leading the technical component of the studies and have a broad understanding of the financial, economic, environment, social, institutional component of feasibility studies. You will need to be familiar with a range of solid waste management technologies suitable for developing country context. This role will require you to work closely with clients and other stakeholders,

For leading the Environmental & Social safeguards component, you will need be familiar with World Bank Environmental & Social Safeguards or IFC Performance Standards or Asian Development Bank Safeguard Policy or Equator Principle or other related international guidelines.

This role requires strong interpersonal skills, collaborative attitude, able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and proficient in oral and written communication skills in English.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible and lead all technical activities related to solid waste management pre-feasibility and feasibility.
- Prepare technical documents and lead the development of reports
- Lead coordination and project delivery to ensure delivery of outputs as scheduled.
- Conduct and lead site visits
- Lead engagement with clients and stakeholders
- Work closely with the project management team to manage resources and sub-contractors.
- Review delivery team’s and subcontractors deliverables and provide feedback as required.
- Prepare stakeholder engagement plan including identification and mapping of stakeholders and identification of key social issues.
- Ensure that the solid waste projects abide to international guidelines on environmental and social safeguards (e.g. WB ESS, ADB E&S Safeguards policies, IFC PS, or EP4).
- Lead in report preparation including writing and review of reports in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental engineering or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in the field including in consultancies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Proactive and results-driven mindset, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
