The Senior Consultant’s main responsibility will be to undertake Environmental, Health and Safety compliance audits, Environmental Due Diligence assessments, while assisting in other environmental business areas in Indonesia and across Southeast Asia (i.e., Environmental and Social Impact Assessment).

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform more EHS Compliance Audits and Environmental Due Diligence audits as lead assessor;
- Project manage small to mid-size projects, including subcontractor management;
- Ability to manage EHS Legal Register and other environmental, health and safety studies;
- To manage a team of consultants and assistant consultants;
- Responsible for deliverables to client including preparation of assessment reports, proposals, tender documents;
- Active in supporting business development activities
- Project management and liaison with client, project team and government authorities as required.

**Job Requirements**
- Professionals with at least 10 years’ experience in an environmental consulting environment. Working experience in a consultancy firm with exposure to similar scope would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Indonesia’s Environmental Laws and Regulations. Experience in regional audits would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, planning and project management skills.
- Ability to exercise discretion on complex & sensitive issues.
- Ability to work well in a team with diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent reporting and communication skills (experience in client management is advantageous)
- Tertiary qualifications, minimum BEng/BSc in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Environmental Science or related.
