Our vision is to make modern financial services available to everyone. **Job Title: UX Writer (Contract - Maternity cover)** **Hiring Manager : Director of UX** **Location**:Remote **What do you get to do?** Brankas is looking for a strong UX Writer who can assist the team in elevating our copy across the board. We are a small but growing team where each individual wears many hats, which provides a lot of opportunity to stretch your creativity and further your career growth. - Own product copy and content strategy for our products - Lead feature-naming work in your area and ensure all terminology is clear and conversational - Participate in design critiques, sharing your work and giving feedback on visual and interaction design - Craft UX copy guidelines and improve the UX writing team’s processes **What do we look for in you?** **Experience** - 5+ years experience writing interface copy (settings, menus, tooltips, dialogs, etc.) - An enthusiasm for translating technical products into human terms - A love of process-building and an outgoing approach to creating cross-functional relationships - Experience using data and research to guide writing decisions - Familiarity with the Finance space - Great product thinking, and the confidence to advocate for design changes when needed - Samples of relevant UX writing/content design work you can share **Soft Skills** - Proficient in English with strong oral and written communication skills. - Can clearly plan and manage projects while managing stakeholder expectations. - Able to think outside the box, innovate, and differentiate. - Is well organized and can handle multiple projects at a time. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - You over communicate rather than assume people understood and are aligned. - Self-starter. - Ability to work and thrive within a fast paced, culturally diverse and hands-on environment. **Why join us?** - 100% remote work + flexible working hours - Competitive salary + 13th month bonus + health insurance + benefits - Leaders in Open Banking/Open Finance in South Asia - TOWN (Time Off When Needed) leave policy (paid time off) - Outstanding teammates who want to celebrate your success - Mentorship and guidance - Excellent leadership and network of individuals **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 6 months
