**What You'll Do**:

- Develop and execute offline sales strategies to grow our partnerships for pediatric clinics and diagnostic labs
- Identify and approach potential partners through canvassing, direct outreach, and lead follow-up
- Plan and manage engaging offline events like health screenings, pop-up booths, and community activations to boost awareness and generate leads
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution and measurable results

**What We're Looking For**:

- 2-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership roles
- Proven track record in developing and executing effective sales strategies, experience with Pediatric Developmental Clinic or diagnostic labs is a **big plus**
- Hands-on experience in canvassing and closing clinic/lab service deals
- Strong organizational skills to run pop-up events or community outreach initiatives
- Great communicator and relationship builder
