In this role you're responsible to implement preventive maintenance & equipment improvement to improve availability, capability, and yield.

In your new role you will:

- Implements preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g., mechanical, electrical, software)
- Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield
- Performs equipment diagnostic methods (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance)
- Establish maintenance procedures and equipment maintenance plan
- Spare parts management on usage, budget control and work on cost reductionsKeep close contact with production and engineering team for equipment effectiveness

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics Engineering
- Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems, including troubleshooting and repair.
- Established history of achievements of leading maintenance improvements and troubleshooting complex issues.
- At least 2 years of professional experience within semiconductor company
- Strong knowledge of 8D and DMAIC methodologiesGood proficiency in English, good communication skills, good attitude for collaboration with team
