**Responsibilities**:

- Effectively managing/developing of staff in engineering department to support production activities.
- SMT Machine (Laser, printer, SPI,Pnp, reflow, AOI, loader/unloader)
- Backend equipments (wave solder, router, coating, X-Ray)
- Keep up with industry trend & customer requirement for PCA Technology.
- Assist in supplier 1st article qualification process.
- Provides engineering support to operations as needed.
- Responsible in meeting the process engineering yield target, Back End machines and equipment utilization.
- Works with product development teams to ensure design for manufacturability.

Qualifications:

- Min. 5 years experience as Snr Engineer or 3 years as asst. Manager to machine/equipment/process/machine servicing.
- Good english communication skill, speaking and writing
- To be able to manages the development, implementation and maintenance of Back End processes and equipment for manufacturing of products to achieve cost effectiveness and product quality.
- To be able to define and design process management plan for all new product.
- Great analytical and math skills
- Incredible problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate with many other teams
- Ability to create a set of qualifications for a new product
- MBA or Master's in engineering preferred
- Interpersonal skills to manage a team on engineers
- Ability to give constructive criticism
- Ability to make decisions quickly
