Salary Range: Competitive base salary + Bonus Scheme + Excellent benefits

Location: Malang, Indonesia

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE**:

- Ensure 100% availability of utilities to support uninterrupted factory production.
- Manage utility and building control systems to optimize performance.
- Develop and execute maintenance plans for utility machinery, including third-party suppliers.
- Manage operational and maintenance supplier contracts, including monitoring, supervision, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.
- Lead the implementation of manufacturing excellence (IWS) in utility operations.
- Oversee and manage utility projects from start to finish, including stakeholder alignment and team coordination.
- Drive ESG initiatives, focusing on green energy implementation and CO2 emission reduction.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering from a reputable university.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Utility Manager.
- Strong technical knowledge of utility equipment, including processes, maintenance, and improvement.
- Experience leading and driving Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) projects.
- Proficiency in report writing and technical/conversational English.
- Strong technical and analytical skills for machinery, processes, and team management.
- Experience in lean manufacturing/World Class Manufacturing (WCM)/Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
- Knowledge of Quality Management processes (e.g., SPC), and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards and policies.
