**QA Technical Writer Intern**

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in English, especially in **clear and structured writing**.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in the **Quality Assurance and Technical Documentation field**.
- Ability to write, edit, and maintain QA documentation (test plans, test cases, bug reports, release notes).
- Comfortable creating **step-by-step tutorial materials**, both written and in **video format** (screen recording, voice-over, or captioning).
- Familiarity with QA processes, such as bug life cycle management and test execution, **is a plus**.
- Self-motivated individual with strong attention to detail and a knack for simplifying technical concepts.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in **creating and maintaining documentation** for QA processes, test cases, and reports.
- Write clear and concise **bug reports, test documentation, and user-facing release notes**.
- Collaborate with QA engineers to document best practices, workflows, and guidelines.
- Help standardize QA documentation templates for consistency and reusability.
- Summarize and present testing outcomes in an accessible format for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Produce **tutorial videos and step-by-step guides** to explain QA processes, platform features, or testing workflows.
- Support knowledge-sharing initiatives by maintaining internal QA documentation and wikis.
- Contribute feedback to improve the clarity, accuracy, and usability of QA-related materials.

**Job Type**: Internship
