- Skills: MS Office (especially Excel for keeping track of sales and inventory), Basic mathematical skills will be required

**About work**仕事内容について**:
Receiving SO (Sales Order) from customers and arranging delivery
Give data stock & forecast to the CS Import order to overseas
Updating Forecast from customers every month
Issue shipping instructions (Delivery order) to warehouses
Control & calculating inventory balance, demand from customers & shipment lead-time
Negotiating with customers for the smooth delivery process
Checking data stock from every warehouse every month and reporting to the supervisor
Negotiating with forwarders for a faster process of clearance
Report of inventory balance to customers, including data on quantity gap between forecast and actual order
Maintain good communication & relationship with every customer and supplier
Complaint correspondence, if there is some accident
Other tasks related to Admin & Customer Service position
