- Conduct comprehensive investigation, present validity of data investigation result and reporting to management

**Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre**)
- As an investigator, it is necessary good communication skills, analytical thinking, problem solving and continue to improve

**Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)**
- Experience in Investigation field for at least 3 years in Insurance company ( Minor and Major Claim )
- Willing to conduct investigations in remote areas
- Having experience as a claims analyst is preferred
- Have expertise in data reporting
- Medical background has added value

**Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)**
- Conduct on desk and on site investigation
- Analytical and present investigation data result
- Minimal Pending Case andrRegularly follow up to comply with TAT investigation
- Collaboration with related department such as legal, compliance etc.
- Accompany litigation case
