**Integrity Indonesia** is a foreign investment company that has operated for 22 years in Indonesia. Our business is to provide services related to the prevention, detection, and investigation of fraud.

Our services include employment background screening, whistleblowing systems, mystery shopping services, due diligence, process serving, research & market intelligence, asset tracing, skip tracing, claims investigations, brand protection, anti-counterfeiting, trademark investigation, and market surveys.

We are looking for an **Investigative Journalist.**

As the Investigative Journalist, you will be responsible for all strategies, services, and activities of the entire function.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform detailed background checks and assess reputations.
- Interview sources to collect valuable insights.
- Build and maintain a strong network in business and journalism communities.
- Analyze and interpret information, creating clear and accessible reports.
- Efficiently manage client relations and communications.
- Supervise client service delivery, case handling, and follow-up.
- Develop training materials and lead team development.
- Coordinate smoothly with internal departments.
- Monitor, report, and ensure compliance with high standards.
- Ensure timely reporting and collect valuable client feedback.
- Provide internal training and support to various departments.

**Requirements**:

- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in journalism, due diligence research, or a related field.
- Possess a strong network in the business world and experience interacting with journalists and government officials.
- Strong analytical skills and an impeccable attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, is a must.
