**Job Descriptions**:

- Make inventory administration records, including the type of goods, goods code and quantity of goods correctly.
- Placing and arranging goods in the warehouse based on groups, characteristics, and types in an orderly manner to make it easier to find goods and maintain their quality.
- Carry out routine manual physical counts of goods (stock opname) to anticipate the risk of loss, theft, fire and obsolescence due to negligence.
- Coordinate with parties related to stock of goods regarding the amount of stock and planned use of goods.
- Carry out inspections during the loading and unloading of goods in the warehouse and participate in signing the goods receipt letter and delivery note.
- Inspect and make reports on used goods to be auctioned.
- Create accurate warehouse reports.

**Job Qualifications**:

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any major, preferably in Management or Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as warehouse staff and/or in logistics.
- Knowledge in warehouse management.
- Have general knowledge in inventory stock-taking / stock opname.
- Willing to be placed in ITC BSD, South Tangerang.
