We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Supervisor/Officer** Universal Banker.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer customer product enquiries and service in maintenance.
- Deliver best in class professional customer service with excellence and efficiencies.
- Identify potential customers banking needs and refer to appropriate branch staff to provide banking solutions.
- Assist line manager to effectively manage the sales and service environment in branch.
Qualifications**To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements**:

- Indonesia Citizen only
- Minimum 3 years experience in banking Operational.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly driven and self-motivated approach, with the determination and ambition to succeed in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English.
- This position will be placement at **Jakarta and Balikpapan**
