Job Descriptions:
- Manage continuous improvement (CI) initiatives across CBS Finance functions and integration points to other towers.- Responsible for supporting strategic goals to improve speed of service, quality of service delivery, process efficiency and effectiveness, and business process innovation and transformation- Manage a team in performing analysis, identify key issues and relationships, and conduct investigations into reasons for variances, exceptions or discrepancies- Oversee business case for projects, developing roadmaps to enable future state, and managing implementation to achieve tangible benefits- Successfully manage program timeline, resources and deliverables, present regularly to stakeholders and team members- Continuously monitor and introduce areas for improvement by acquiring and providing feedback from/to the customers and Team Leads, tracking performance statistics from the SLA Report and benchmarking against the industry.

Job Requirements:
- Min Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or IT from reputable University.- Having 6-10 years working experience both in consultant and corporate, especially in Finance.- Experience in running business process re-engineering or continuous improvement initaitives.- Lean Sigma Black Belt holder, would be an added advantage.- Knowledge of SAP and technical change management governance is essential for understanding the system utilisation and opportunities for continuous improvement.- Good business awareness, and understanding of key interfaces and impact of CBS initiatives on other departments such as Procurement, Treasury, Sales and Distribution etc. is considered essential.- Extensive knowledge, experience and understanding of delivering high quality and cost effective business improvement projects.- Competent and experience relating to continuous improvement projects in the business environment.- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective professional working relationships with stakeholders and use these relationships to improve the effectiveness of the service.- Ability to advise, persuade and influence people in a professional and effective manner.- Good communications, analytical skills.- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
