**Position**:Senior Manager - SAP Projects

**Modules: SAP FICO / SD / MM**

**Location**:Jakarta, Indonesia

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and deliver SAP programs and projects, including rollout activities across the Asia-Pacific region, with the ability to provide functional and business process support when required.

- Oversee project governance, timelines, and stakeholder management to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.

- Support business development by identifying new opportunities, engaging in pre-sales activities, and nurturing relationships with existing clients in collaboration with functional and technical teams.

- Partner with the regional management team to develop and execute strategic initiatives that accelerate business growth in the APAC market.

- Lead, mentor, and develop project teams, fostering capability growth and career development.

- Leverage prior hands-on consulting experience in one or more SAP modules to guide project delivery and solution quality.

- Take ownership of critical project roles as needed, such as:

- Program Manager
- Project Manager
- Integration Lead
- Cutover Lead
- Data & Cleansing Lead

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business; a Master’s degree is preferred.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience within the SAP ecosystem preferably in consulting with a strong functional and/or technical foundation.

- Deep understanding of the SAP market, with demonstrated pre-sales expertise and a well-established professional network in the region.

- Proven experience in SAP project management, overseeing end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives.

- Strong process knowledge and hands-on experience in at least one SAP module.

- Excellent command of English (both verbal and written); proficiency in Bahasa is an advantage.

- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a continuous learning attitude.

- Confident, articulate, and engaging communicator who thrives in customer-facing sales and pre-sales discussions.

- Proactive leader who takes ownership, makes informed decisions, and drives accountability.

- Passionate, resilient, and collaborative, with a commitment to teamwork and shared success.

- Capable of leading and mentoring small teams, fostering growth through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
