JLL supports the Whole You, personally and professionally.
1. Lead the shift group and be responsible for task delegation to technicians.
2. Be responsible for the number of personnel in the shift.
3. Check the daily patrol report form completed by technicians.
4. Report and follow up problems or incidents.
5. Implement escalation matrix for incident reporting.
6. Create daily activity report.
7. Create inhouse PM Report.
8. Input PM Report into the system.
9. Input Incident through the System, Incident tracker and WA incident group
10. Coordinate with vendors for PM escort activities and incident troubleshooting.
11. Lead toolbox meeting during shift changes.
12. Provide data for HSE report including photos of toolbox meetings, safe manhours work, documentation of unsafe actions, unsafe conditions, good catches, near misses.
**13. Provide reports**:
13.1 Shift change report.
13.2 Provide weekly report.
13.3 Provide monthly report.
14. Be responsible for operational tools and measuring instruments
