Shift Supervisor for The Coach Coffee Shop Alam Sutera

As a Shift Supervisor at Coach Coffee Shop, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during your shift, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming environment. You will lead the team, manage workflow, and ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard, contributing to the overall success of the store.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and lead the team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and stock management.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure prompt, friendly service.
- Assist in training new staff and providing ongoing coaching to team members.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for reordering.
- Handle scheduling and ensure proper staffing levels during shifts.
- Support promotional activities and in-store events as needed.
- Ensure all store policies, procedures, and standards are followed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role in a retail, café, or food and beverage environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-service oriented with problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in hospitality or food safety is a plus.
- Passion for coffee and creating a great guest experience.
