**Responsibilities**
- Grow the business digitally
- Optimizing paid online campaigns (SEM, FB, IG, Marketplaces)
- Organic lead gen (SEO, organic social media campaign, etc)
- Reporting to track and improve ads & business performance
- Contribute to growth Initiatives & strategy with the commercial team
- Think, test, fail, learn, repeat.
**Requirements**:

- Big curiosity and strong desire to learn with bias for action.
- Deep passion for digital marketing and growth businesses
- Experience in executing SEO, SEM & FB/IG, TikTok, MP Ads, etc - you will learn other growth hacking tools & strategy we built in-house when you join full-time ;)
- Solid in Excel
- Solid in at least TWO of these tools: Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook Ad, Data Studio, SQL, Phyton, AB Testing, Optimizely, Fullstory, Mixpanel, etc
**Nice To Have**:

- Optional: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System, Mathematics, or related departments.
- Optional: Experience in automation tools: zapier, integromat, hunter, etc
- Optional: Basic Web scraping
- Optional: Phython, Big Query, SQL
