**JOB SUMMARY**

**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Conduct extensive research to assess the commercial viability of business conferences and events.
- Write compelling and market-driven conference agendas that resonate with the target audience.
- Identify and invite high-quality speakers and industry experts to participate in conferences.
- Stay updated on current affairs and business news to incorporate relevant topics and trends into conference agendas.
- Attend and actively participate in the conferences and events produced, both domestically and internationally.
- Build and maintain a network of key business decision makers and senior industry executives.
- Conduct business research calls with confidence, demonstrating strong communication skills.

**JOB SPECIFICATION**:
**You are/have**:

- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

**Languages**:Fluent in English (written and verbal). Fluent in Mandarin is a plus.

**Work Experience**:Proven experience in conference production or event management.
