**Job Purpose**:
Lead key select major workstreams related to overall product strategy to ultimately drive recommendations to the management. Partner with other members of the Product to frame cross-product strategy questions and drive strategy projects and initiatives

**This position will be reporting to the Product Management and Development Manager - Payment Ecosystem Division.**

**Main Responsibility**
1. Developing a product portfolio strategy and leading the short and long-range planning process, in collaboration with the leadership team
2. Lead Market Research & Competitive Intelligence functions, integrating outputs into strategic recommendations that guide product and commercial decision-making & strategies
3. Bring the Voice of Customers into the organization to shape portfolio & individual product development strategies and plans.
4. Setting product Goals and Metrics for the product development, production, and commercial functions to align with overall business strategy and direction.
5. Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
6. Drive product launches including working with segment team, executives, and other product management team members
7. Own reporting on the state of your initiatives, measuring improvements and impact of changes. Utilize metrics to deep-dive into issues and uncover business-driving trends and patterns.

**Other Responsibility**
8. Develop an understanding of the company's products to meet the company's current and future needs.
9. Perform metric analysis to improve the company's products.
10. Assist the company in achieving short and long term goals related to product growth.
11. Evaluate company products and compare them to industry trends.
12. interview existing customers and/or potential users to get their feedback. This can be done via conducting focus groups, individual interviews and usability tests as well as anonymous surveys.

**Knowledge & Experience**
- at least 4 year working experience in Product Management and Strategy role
- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
- Experienced with Fintech/ Payment product
