**Title**:
RMA PROCESS ENABLEMENT IN FG

**Description**:
Enable MMP FG to process and route RMAs received from customers to manufacturing

**Scope**:

- Functioning as the key coordinator from MMP FG TM to liaise with SFG stakeholders in transferringRMA business flow to MMP.
- Assist the SME to resolve all the hardware and system setup in FG
- Establish the process and procedure in relevant to MMP FG RMA business requirement
- Establishing a proper training program ensuring MMP FG TM are trained/certified and compliance to thecorresponding procedures
- Auditing MMP FG TM for adherence to the policy/procedures and providing feedback to the team
- Identification of any opportunities for continuous improvement to the existing processes

This project shall provide an extensive knowledge on RMA business process flow and help to strengthenknowledge for Intern to have

**Deliverables**:

- Each qualification pass the requirement and meet the target delivery date.
- Customer will return the RMA to MMP instead routing through SFG

**Stretched goal**:

- Enable end toend RMAbusinessprocess in B# 2MMP FG.
