Our client, a Global Ophthalmic Lens Marketer and Manufacturer located in Cikarang is looking for talent with details below:
Job Descriptions:
**INVENTORY**
- Coordinate physical inventory count
- Investigate variances of physical count
- Monthly reconciliation of all inventories
- Calculate new or update standard cost and ICP for each products
- Review standard and actual unit cost/ Finished good evaluafion
- Calculate and review inventory devaluation by monthly

**MONTH-END CLOSING**
- Prepare bank reconciliation and petty cash count check report
- Ensuring all costs are identified and recorded accurately
- Analysing the P&L and balance sheet accounts to understand the main cost drivers of the business
- Prepare actual unit cost for each products
- Report on manufacturing variances and their causes
- Validate the cost of goods sold
- Prepare financial report, profit/ Ioss and balance sheet

**MONTHLY REPORT**
- Prepare monthly financial analysis reports to finance production headquarters
- Prepare KPI results for each topics. And prepare presentation file if budget is not achieved
- Prepare and presenting financial results to management, comparing actual vs budget

**BUDGET (QUARTERLY)**
- Collaborating with manager to develop a budget
- Collect data from all departments and evaluating budget proposals and funding requests
- Determining whether budget proposals are in compliance with regulations
- Prepare summary numbers and variances to quicker manager attention to variances
- Developing a final budget agreement with management
- Prepare budget analysis files to finance production headquarters

**OTHERS**
- Prepare quarterly and yearly KPPK report to Bank Indonesia
- Assist auditors to prepare audit report

Qualifications;
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Tax, preferably with professional qualification (CMA/CPMA/etc.)
- Min. 3 years total experience in Finance/ Accounting management Role, preferably from Manufacture field, especially foreign Manufacturing Company
- Possess the knowledge of Indonesia Tax Regulations, certified Brevet Tax A/B is preferred
- Self-Motivated, Leadership, Goal Oriented, Positive Mindset, Team Player
- Accuracy, Attention to Detail, Analytical
- Verbal and written communication skill in English
- Able to speak Japanese is advantage
- Domiciled near Cikarang or Bekasi

**Salary**: Rp1 - Rp2 per month

**Education**:

- S1 (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

License/Certification:

- professional accountant certification (CPA/CMA/etc.) (preferred)
