Holds a bachelor degree in any major
- Must have more than 3 years experience working in key account field
- Must have experience from FMCH (Healthcare) / FMCG / Pharma OTC
- Account sales target achievement;
- Account promotion strategic budget management;
- Account guardianship management;
- Follow up promo activity;
- Checking availability stock pf product at the outlet;
- Checking HPI and competitor activity at the outlet;
- Make a pocket book /record of the name modern trade channel, executive names, number of stores, total sales and sales outlet, etc;
- The preparation of the annual modern trade channel promotion plan and reported to the Sales Manager and supervisor until the end of the month based on trading term budget as agreement by both side, HPI, and outlet
- Creating a promotional budget monitoring report and reported to Key Account Manager.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years experiences as Key Account Executive in related field;
- Deep understanding about Modern Market preferable in Pharmaceutical Company or FMCG;
- Has strong strategical and analytical thinking for develop account;
- Has a good relationship with buyer account;
- Has motorcycle and driving licenses;
- Microsoft Office literates
