Alfred H Knight has an exciting opportunity through its Indonesia entity, PT AHK Testing Indonesia, who is looking for a Receptionist and GA Officer to join our team based in Jakarta. PT AHK Testing Indonesia provides independent analysis and inspection services to the metals, minerals and solid fuels industries. We have a well-earned reputation for our knowledge and professionalism in all aspects of weighing, sampling and analysis.

The Receptionist & General Affairs Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth front office operations and efficient office management. This position is responsible for handling reception duties, managing office supplies, coordinating with vendors, and supporting general administrative tasks. By maintaining a well-organized and welcoming office environment, the Receptionist & GA Officer contributes to operational efficiency and a positive employee experience.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

To be successful at Alfred H Knight you will need to display the following:
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

**Essential**
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to manage interactions with employees, guests, and vendors.
- Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to address office-related issues proactively.

**Required Work Experience**
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a receptionist, front office or general affairs role
- Experience in handling administrative tasks, office supply management and vendor coordination.

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant studies. This requirement may be substituted for experience on a year for year basis.
