Hse Support Associate, Indonesia

Key responsibilities:
- Support Indonesia HSE Lead to achieve the country HSE KPI indicators (Health, Safety & Environment); includes HSE management system, legal and all HSE related trainings.- Support Indonesia HSE Lead to develop & review HSE programs- Conduct inspection of emergency equipment, safety equipment, areas inspection and other HSE related inspection- Ensuring workers are provided with suitable protective equipment- Manage and monitor any HSE measurement and sampling- Ensuring all HSE report to authority are regularly submitted (FESTRONIK, SIMPEL, SIPEDAL, etc)- Ensuring all HSE permit & license are updated & valid- Share any HSE informations & alert among all employees through HSE Talk, communication board, or any other method of sharing information. As well as gather any HSE related issue and provide feedback timely.

Key tasks:
- Monitor and track results/outcomes and consequences of the HSE KPI indicators (Health, Safety & Environment); includes HSE management system, legal and all HSE related trainings.- Provide HSE improvement idea as necessary- Conduct routine inspection of emergency equipment, safety equipment, areas inspection and other HSE related inspection. Such as fire alarm system, spill kit, first aid kit, etc in coordination with related stakeholders- Review the adequacy of PPE for the workers & replenish as needed- Arrange regular HSE measurement and sampling, such as: air emission sampling, domestic waste water treatment sampling, etc- Regularly update the HSE report to authority, such as: FESTRONIK, SIMPEL, SIPEDAL, etc- Regularly review the validity of all HSE permit, license, SIO, etc and renew as necessary- Share any HSE informations & alert among all employees through HSE Talk, communication board, or any other method of sharing information. As well as gather any HSE related issue and provide feedback timely

Employment Type: Fixed Term Contract (8-months duration)

Location: Bekasi, Indonesia

Required education, experience and job-related skills:
- Fresh graduate D3/S1 with engineering background, preferably environmental engineering- Good command over English- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Knowledge of HSE Regulations will be an advantage- Domicile in Bekasi/Jakarta (preferred)
