HSE Supervisor

PT Prakarsa Alam Segar (WINGS Group) is looking for an experienced and dedicated HSE Supervisor to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) systems in accordance with government regulations and company standards to create a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace

• Develop, implement, and evaluate HSE programs, procedures, and policies across factory operations.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and ensure proper hazard control measures are in place.
• Lead incident and accident investigations and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Coordinate HSE training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with applicable environmental and occupational health regulations.
• Prepare periodic HSE reports and support both internal and external audits.
• Promote a strong safety culture through continuous engagement and communication with all departments.

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Strong understanding of SMK3, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and relevant HSE standards.
• Ahli K3 Umum certification (mandatory).
• Good leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Able to work proactively and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
