**The Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle VAT In (checking completeness and accuracy, and cooperating with other Dept in collecting Tax Invoice from Vendors)
- Handle VAT Out (Create Tax Invoice)
- Prepare calculation VAT and submit VAT Report to Tax Office monthly, also perform Reconciliation and Equalization for VAT In and VAT Out on Monthly Basis.
- Calculate all Withholding Taxes, do payments & report to Tax Office monthly, Create Withholding Tax Slip
- Perform WHT Reconciliation and Equalization with GL balance every month
- Regularly update tax regulations and current issues; if any
- Assisting the manager in handling all tax matters.
- Ad-hoc discussion with another department if there is any change in tax implementation.
- Ad-hoc Taxes Report if needed.

**Requirements**:

- Have minimum 2 years of working experience as a Tax Specialist, preferably in start-up or multinational companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Taxation from a reputable university
- Having a Brevet A & B certificate will be an advantage
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
- Professional working proficiency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia

**Willing to be placed at Gading Serpong and can join immediately.
