Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Finance Manager with month-end closing activities for MnS and Manufacturing.
  • Prepare and submit the monthly Manufacturing Commentaries Report.
  • Calculate product costing and submit the data to the Master Data Management (MDM) team.
  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes for the Manufacturing Business Unit.
  • Assist the Finance Manager during statutory audits.
  • Support activities related to asset and inventory management.
  • Coordinate with the Tax Consultant regarding BUPOT (tax pay-slips) for HCP and vendors.
  • Perform weekly pre-checks of tax-related invoices and coordinate Withholding Tax (WHT) confirmation with the Tax Consultant.
  • Handle registration and onboarding of new third-party vendors.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounting (experience in manufacturing is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other ERP/reporting systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently with strong analytical and writing skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with proficiency in English.
