DESIGNATION : Agile Coach

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Melatih organisasi & tim scrum/proyek dalam implementasi Agile
- Melakukan proses pengembangan tim, baik dalam bentuk coaching, counselling, training, bahkan dalam bentuk evaluasi, agar tim dapat memberikan hasil kerja terbaik Kepada Perusahaan
- Bekerja dengan sesama Agile Coach untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dari implementasi Agile di dalam Perusahaan
- Memastikan Tim Scrum / proyek mengetahui dan memahami goals, scope dan domain dari sebuah product
- Merekomendasikan beberapa cara yang efektif untuk manajemen backlog produk yang dapat disesuaikan dengan kondisi Tim Scrum / proyek masing masing
- Membantu Product Owner/Product Owner Associate memahami bahwa dalam merencanakan pengembangan produk berdasarkan informasi apa yang diketahui pada saat itu (empiris)
- Memastikan Product Manager/Lead/Associate memahami bagaimana mengatur backlog produk untuk memaksimalkan value dengan menggunakan beberapa metode. Contoh: matrix effort vs value.
- Memfasilitasi scrum event jika diminta atau dibutuhkan
- Membimbing tim development agar bisa mengatur prioritas pekerjaan secara mandiri dan mengkomunikasikan ke team member lainnya yang memiliki role berbeda untuk saling melengkapi
- Membantu menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi di Tim Development secara langsung maupun tidak langsung
- Membimbing Tim Development untuk bisa menjalankan delivery secara agile
- Memfasilitasi scrum event jika diminta atau dibutuhkan
- Sebagai agen perubahan untuk implementasi Scrum
- Membuat perubahan yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas Tim Scrum / proyek
- Melakukan sesi pelatihan/sesi sharing yang diperlukan untuk Tim Scrum / proyek dan seluruh Perusahaan tentang Agile framework
- Prosedur development produk secara Agile dapat bersinergi dengan prosedur tim lainnya yang terkait dengan proses development produk
- Melakukan kajian kebutuhan dan penggunaan tools JIRA - CONFLUENCE dalam mendukung knowledge management di internal ALTO
- Memastikan Tim Development memiliki inisiatif melakukan perbaikan cara deliver product yang memiliki value serta kualitas yang baik, contoh : dengan mempertajam Definition of Done dari setiap sprint yang dijalankan

QUALIFICATIONS
- Min. S1, nilai tambahan untuk lulusan bidang Teknik Informatika atau Sistem Informasi
- Minimal memiliki pengalaman 2 tahun kerja sebagai Scrum Master / Agile Coach dalam industry finansial (bank, system pembayaran, dan lainnya)
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam membentuk, mengelola dan memotivasi tim, dengan mínimal 2 orang tim
- Dapat mengambil keputusan berdasarkan data yang valid (empirical)
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam menggunakan dan mengkonfigurasi product development tools, seperti JIRA dan Confluence
