The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Develop and monitor implementation of HSE Policies, Procedure, and Standard
- Ensure the implementation and updating of any regulations related to Health, Safety, and Environment, both government and international regulations
- Create and manage initiative to improve HSE performance for operational & non operational activities
- Design and evaluate day to day activities of HSE personnel to support operations optimally
- Develop and evaluate HSE training journey for operation team
- Develop and evaluate competencies of HSE Personnel to support operations optimally
- Create and Evaluate Emergency Response Plan (ERP) & Business Continuity Plan (BCP) procedure
- Create and evaluate Internal HSE Audit System to improve HSE performance for operational activities
- Integrate HSE requirement into business expansion process
- Support implementation of ISO 14001, 45001, and Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja (SMK3) in the company

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Engineering, or Engineering background
- 5 years of experience as Health, Safety, and Environment in Logistics Company (prior experience in Warehousing will be an advantage)
- Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) certified from Kemenakertrans
- Proficient in operating Ms. Office / G-suite (especially Ms. Excel / Google sheet formula and Google slide)
- Familiar with Warehouse Safety Management System and Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardised, and Sustain (5S) Implementation
- Familiar with project management
