Title: Crypto Community & Social Media Manager - Discord / Reddit / TikTok

Location: Remote (Full-time or Contract)

Join the brand accelerator building the next wave of Solana & DeFi tools.
We need a crypto-savvy graduate to grow our community across Discord, Reddit, and TikTok. You’ll create engaging content, spark conversations, and build hype for upcoming launches (fair launch, 100% community-owned).

What you’ll do
- Launch & grow Discord, Reddit, TikTok communities
- Create short-form content, threads, and meme-first posts
- Run daily engagement loops, AMAs, raids, and collabs
- Track growth metrics and iterate fast

You should have
- Strong knowledge of crypto/Web3 culture and Solana/DeFi basics
- Excellent English writing & community voice
- Hands-on experience with Discord, Reddit, and TikTok

Nice to have
- Experience on a crypto/NFT project
- Basic video editing (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)
- Analytics/reporting familiarity (native platform insights, Notion/Sheets)
