**Introduction**:
You will also closely liaise and work effectively with cross-functional team to create, evaluate, and execute the campaign plans. Given the multi-dimensional nature of the role, we are seeking someone who has a combination of strong project management skills, positive attitude, great teamwork, multitasking, organizational ability, and a commitment to continuous learning.

**In this Role, you’ll get to**:

- Oversee and maintain social media on various platforms to increase brand awareness, followers, engagement, and sales with our target audience.
- Produce localized contents in different social media channels that fit with local customers in multiple formats such as short form video.
- Plan and run social media campaigns, promotions, and advertisements.
- Monitor, foster a positive interaction, and respond to comments and messages
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize social media to achieve maximum exposure and/or not limited to ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, flight, hotel, etc.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and social media trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Performing other duties when needed.

**What you'll Need to Succeed**:

- A minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- A minimum of 3-4 years of proven experiences in social media or marketing operation role.
- Excellent operation skills in social media, marketing planning & execution
- Creative, able to produce brilliant ideas and contents with originality.
- Familiarity in using social media advertisement tools.
- Good in English (written and verbal) to work in multicultural working environment.
- Good teamwork spirit, multitasking and quickly adapt to fast-paced environment and the rapid changes of business conditions.
